Apartment prices are per night, excluding local tax*.
Bread rolls for breakfast and the South Tyrol South Card guest card are included in the price.
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of €15 for the final cleaning of the apartment.
If the apartments are booked with breakfast and cleaning service, the prices are the same as for double rooms.
*Local tax:
The local tax of €3.00 per person per night is not included in the accommodation price. It will be charged separately and can only be paid on site. Children and teenagers up to and including the age of 14 are exempt from paying the local tax.

Swimming Pool
Our outdoor pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September. Towels for the pool are not available at our inn and must therefore be brought along.

Apartment Amenities
Our apartments are equipped with bed linen, bath towels (but not pool towels), a hairdryer, dishes, plates, basic kitchen appliances, and essential household items.
Parking
Free parking is available, but garage parking is not possible.
Pets
Dogs are welcome. We charge a flat fee of €8.00 per day per dog.
Arrival and Departure
Our rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.
Arrival by Car
The village of Graun, part of the municipality of Kurtatsch on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, lies 800 meters above sea level on a sunny plateau. You can reach us by driving along the South Tyrolean Wine Road from Kaltern or Tramin to Kurtatsch, driving through the village, and following the signs towards Graun. The five kilometers from the center of Kurtatsch to Graun take about ten minutes by car.
If you are coming via the A22 motorway, please take the Neumarkt/Tramin exit and then drive towards Kurtatsch.
Please note: Many navigation systems direct you to a steep, narrow, single-lane road on the right-hand side about halfway between Kurtatsch and Graun. This road is known as the "old Graun road" and is only suitable for local residents.
Therefore, please follow the signs.
Deposit
Currently, we do not require a deposit.
Payment Terms
Payment in advance or upon arrival at the property is possible. We accept cash or credit cards (except American Express).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation policy in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay.
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge.
For cancellations up to 8 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations less than 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the stay.
