The daily price of the apartments depends on the number of people aged 14 and over in the holiday apartment.

For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge 15 € per cleaning.

Remarks

If the apartments are booked with breakfast and cleaning service, then the prices apply as for a double room.

If a room is used as a single room, then the supplement will be charged as single occupancy.

If you stay in a holiday apartment for less than 4 nights, we have to charge a one-time surcharge of 10.00 €.

A local tax of € 2.50 will be charged per guest/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Cancellations:

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:

In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay.
Cancellation up to 30 days before departure is free of charge.
For cancellations up to 8 days before the start of the trip we charge 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations made less than 8 days before the start of the trip, we will charge you 70% of the stay.
