Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean flair

We attach great importance to use best local,seasonal products and prefer herbs and vegetables from our own garden.
The Goldener Adler is a simple guest house with native Tyrolean dishes, as well as classics from the Italian cuisine.

A well-assorted wine list, consisting mainly of wines from our adjacencies completes the menu. The Müller-Thurgau „Graun“ already awarded for the best South Tyrolean white wine, which as the name shows is pressed from selected local grapes is one of our favorites.

On sundays and public holidays our culinary offer is completed with delicacies from the barbecue.

Group and family celebrations

Over the years our guest house has become a popular destination for groups and families. Baptisms and marriages, as well as company functions found a proper ambiance on our terrace, the spacious dining room, the hunter parlour or in our wine cellar.

Upon request can be arranged the menu you wish, from a traditional „Törggele“ menu in autumn to asparagus menu in May.
